Privacy Policy: Mini Golf 3D Classic

Summary

• 5amStudios does not collect, store or sell your personal information. The game has no 5amStudios account and sends nothing to servers run by 5amStudios.
• The game is free and shows advertisements through Unity Ads, which collects some device information to deliver them. On iPhone and iPad, iOS asks your permission before ads may track you.
• Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Google Play Games Services on Android and Apple Game Center on iPhone and iPad and are optional. They only apply if you sign in.

Information stored on your device

Your scores, coins, unlocked items and settings are saved on your device so the game can remember your progress. This information is not sent to 5amStudios. Uninstalling the game removes it.

Advertising: Unity Ads

Advertisements in the game are provided by Unity Ads, a service of Unity Technologies. To show ads, limit how often you see the same one, measure whether they were viewed and prevent fraud, Unity and its advertising partners may collect:

• your device's advertising ID (on iPhone and iPad, the IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and, on iPhone and iPad, the vendor ID (IDFV)
• your IP address, which can indicate your approximate location such as country or city
• device information such as model, operating system version, language and network type
• information about the ads you are shown and how you interact with them
• crash, performance and other diagnostic information about the ads, which isn't linked to you

Depending on your region and your device settings, this information may be used to show ads based on your interests. 5amStudios does not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Unity's handling of it is described in the Unity Privacy Policy.

On iPhone and iPad. Before any ads load, iOS asks whether Mini Golf 3D Classic may track you across apps and websites owned by other companies (App Tracking Transparency). The advertising ID is only available to Unity if you allow this. If you don't, you still see ads, but they aren't based on your interests.

Leaderboards and achievements on Android: Google Play Games Services

You can play without signing in. If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Google processes your Play Games profile (such as your player ID and gamer name), the scores the game submits to leaderboards, and the achievements you unlock. Scores you post to a leaderboard are visible to other players alongside your gamer name.

Leaderboards and achievements on iPhone and iPad: Apple Game Center

You can play without signing in. If you sign in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center profile (such as your player ID and name), the scores the game submits to leaderboards, and the achievements you unlock. Scores you post to a leaderboard are visible to other players alongside your Game Center name.

5amStudios does not receive your Apple Account email address or password. Apple's handling of this information is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Your choices

• Advertising ID. In your Android settings, under the Google or Privacy section, open Ads to reset or delete your advertising ID. Deleting it stops apps from using it to show you personalised ads.
• Tracking on iPhone and iPad. You can allow or stop tracking for Mini Golf 3D Classic at any time in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security, then Tracking.
• Unity Ads. Ads served by Unity include a privacy icon. Selecting it lets you see the information Unity holds, change your personalisation choice, or ask Unity to delete your data.
• Google Play Games. You can stay signed out, or sign out at any time. Your profile visibility and your saved Play Games data for this game can be managed in the Google Play Games settings.
• Game Center. You can stay signed out, or sign out at any time, and manage your profile and its visibility in the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, under Game Center.
• Uninstalling. Removing the game deletes the progress stored on your device.

Children

Keeping and deleting data

Because 5amStudios does not hold personal information about players, there is nothing for 5amStudios to keep or delete.
